The brief

Answer the questions, then take the booking

People choosing an RV park have a short and consistent list of questions: what does it cost, what hookups are there, can I bring the dog, how long can I stay, what is there to do nearby. A site that answers those clearly wins the booking from one that makes people ring to find out.

The park also has rules and reservation policies that genuinely matter and that guests should be able to read in advance — the sort of thing that prevents an awkward conversation on arrival.

What we built

Inside the project

Pages built on real questions

Rates, amenities, rules, things to do — each answered directly rather than buried in prose.

Downloadable policies

Rules and reservation policies available as documents, and indexed so they can be found in search.

Enquiry forms that work

Submissions stored and delivered reliably, with spam screened out.

A photo gallery

The park itself, because for a destination the photographs do most of the persuading.

Fast on a weak signal

Light pages, because guests often search from the road with two bars.

Local search signals

Set up to be found by people searching for RV parks near Lake Livingston.

Where it stands

Fewer phone calls asking what the website should have said

The site now answers the common questions before a guest has to ask, and the enquiry form delivers reliably with a copy kept in the portal, so nothing is lost to a bounced email or a spam folder.

It is deliberately a small site. Ten pages that answer properly beat forty that pad. The work now goes into keeping the rates, availability and seasonal information accurate, which is what actually matters to somebody deciding where to park for a week.
