These terms

These terms apply to services provided by Social Points Media. Specific work is also governed by the written scope or proposal we agree with you, which takes precedence if the two ever disagree.

Monthly packages

Monthly packages are billed in advance each month and continue until cancelled. They include the work listed on our pricing page for the package you are on. Work outside that list is quoted separately before it is carried out.

Cancelling

You may cancel a monthly package with 30 days notice. We do not charge an exit fee. On cancellation we provide your website files and database and help point your domain wherever you are moving it.

What you own

Your domain name is registered in your name. On payment, the website we build for you, its content and its design are yours. Third-party components keep their own licences, and we keep the right to reuse our general techniques and non-client-specific code.

What you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy of content you give us, and for holding the rights to any images, text or logos you supply. Projects depend on timely feedback; long delays in approvals may move agreed timelines.

Results

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic volumes or sales, because no one can control how search engines and advertising platforms rank or price. We commit to the work, the reasoning behind it, and honest reporting on what it produced.

Availability

We aim to keep hosted sites available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

Payment

Invoices are due on the terms stated on them. We may pause work or suspend services on significantly overdue accounts, after telling you first.
